Oversee the daily operation of the crew galley and prepare all crew meals according to company menus.
Ensure crew satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Adhere to company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a CDP Chef/Senior CDP in an upscale setting (hotel, resort, cruise ship).
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Computer proficiency in programs like Excel, Word, and potentially culinary software.
