The Product Manager is responsible for shaping the product, syncing key people, and ultimately creating business value. He/She provides more value to customers thanks to innovative products and constant functionalities conceived thanks to the Market & Revenue Input analysis, the reduction of the Technical Debt Input, and the constant search for Disruptive Innovation practices. He/She works across the full product lifecycle including research and discovery, ideation, feature definition, and execution-in alignment with the vision and strategy they co-create with their Product Line Manager and CPO. Experts in gathering and synthesizing product insights - especially from customers - the PM incorporates this feedback to build features into his/her roadmap, which they continuously prioritize for delivery with cross-functional partners in Design and Engineering. Additionally, you will also work closely with internal colleagues across leadership, partnerships, sales, and marketing on product planning and operationalization. Reports To: Product Line Manager Location: Biassono, Italy Responsibilities: - Strive to deeply understand your customers and their pain points, through research and discovery methods in partnership with design and engineering. - Learn the “ins and outs” of the broader product Docebo Suite, using your product and industry knowledge to define new features for products. - Responsible for the collection requirement, selection, and formalization of the features in the roadmap. Works with design to define the solution design based on the collected requirements. - Build and continually prioritize the backlog of features that will be delivered, working with teams on launches and communications to ensure successful adoption and growth. - Understanding your product vision and strategy, uncover new opportunities and markets to explore to ultimately help grow the business. Build new partnerships to add credibility to our offerings. - Lead (through influence) cross-functional teams consisting of Engineering Leads, Product Engineers, Product Designers, and Quality Engineers to execute on your roadmap. - Own the ROI of your product, continuously monitoring KPIs and metrics while wearing your growth hat to adjust and re-prioritize when needed. Participate to help iterate on business models, pricing, and positioning. - Create alignment between a growing group of stakeholders across the organization, ensuring targets are attainable and expectations are properly communicated. Present roadmap and new features to leadership committees across the organization. Requirements: - 3 Years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company. - Confidence to influence, communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders. - Comfortable working with global, distributed teams (Product Management & Engineering primarily in EMEA). - Knowledge and experience working with different variations of Agile/Scrum. - Ability to operate at various “levels” - strategy vs. execution, problem vs. solution. - Excellent prioritization and communication skills to deliver the right things on time. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical domain. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Ability to manage upwards, influencing senior leaders in the organization. - Ability to review processes and drive change through continuous improvement. - Full written and verbal English communication proficiency.
