The company is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to develop their Air and Ocean Freight operations. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies for multiple products, ensuring consistent growth in new and existing markets. Establish and expand new verticals, supporting the company's growth ambitions in Italy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including those in specialized sectors such as food and beverage, project cargo, and luxury goods. Provide leadership within the office, supporting a small but growing sales team and fostering a collaborative environment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Italy, with flexibility regarding regional focus. Leverage the support and knowledge of a global leader to drive new business and strengthen the company's presence locally and internationally. Qualifications : Significant experience in ocean freight; experience in air freight and road transport is advantageous. Specialization or experience in sectors like food and beverage, project cargo, or luxury goods is beneficial. Ideally based in Milan, Tuscany, Venice, Genoa, or Rome, with the ability to develop business in surrounding areas.
