Your Mission
* Expand the customer base across Italy while strengthening and growing existing accounts
* Proactively identify, qualify, and develop high-potential business opportunities
* Translate customer needs and challenges into customized technical solutions
* Manage and advance projects end-to-end, from initial contact through design-in to revenue generation
* Serve as the central point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and key industry events
Your Profile
* Strong “hunter” mindset with a high level of ownership and a clear focus on closing deals
* Technically curious, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
* Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
* Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a performance-oriented environment
* Engineering background with around 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application roles
* Interest in photonics, thermal management, or power technologies
* Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is an advantage
* Fluent in both English and Italian
