Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end commercial execution of project opportunities, from lead qualification, territory planning, and discovery through tender execution and conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key execution‑phase stakeholders, including installers, contractors, agents, and end users. Coordinate closely with internal teams (Quotation Factory, Specification Engineering, Application Engineering, Engineering Back Office) to deliver spec‑compliant, commercially viable solutions. Own pipeline, quoting, and commercial management, ensuring favorable RFQs, preferred panel builders, and value optimization across project outcomes.
Qualifications
A high school diploma with relevant job‑related training or hands‑on experience, or a post‑secondary degree or diploma in a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial and Institutional (C&I) building projects, with solid understanding of project environments and execution phases. Prior experience in life safety solutions, such as Emergency Lighting and/or Fire Systems, within building projects is required. Proven ability to work with and maintain strong relationships with major installers and contractors within the assigned region. Strategic, analytical, and results‑driven professional with strong accountability, ethics, communication, stakeholder management, objection handling, and customer‑focused problem‑solving skills. Digitally competent and commercially oriented, with experience using DIALux, AutoCAD (project review level), CPQ/quoting tools, Microsoft 365, CRM and PRM systems, and data‑driven decision‑making. Adaptable, resilient self‑starter with strong time‑management, learning agility, and professional use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, social platforms, and online research tools.
