Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have also ranked No.1 for four consecutive years. /ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbSales Strategy Execution: /b /pulliDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers. /liliAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. /liliCollaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion. /li /ulpbCustomer Partner Management: /b /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. /liliConduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. /liliResolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. /li /ulpbReporting Forecasting: /b /pulliProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. /liliTrack and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. /liliUtilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. /li /ulpbCollaboration Cross-Functional Alignment: /b /pulliWork closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals. /liliProvide feedback from the field to influence product development and service improvements. /li /ulpbTeam Leadership Development: /b /pulliLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, including Account Executives and BDRs. /liliSet clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for ongoing improvement. /liliFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, with preferred majors in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. /liliStrong decision-making skills, capable of making quick, accurate decisions and implementing effective solutions in complex or urgent situations. /liliSome work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. /liliGood English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for direct communication with foreign clients; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. /liliAbility to set team objectives, allocate tasks reasonably, promote collaboration, and accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
