What You’ll Do:
1. Create impactful visual displays that reflect Nike’s bold identity and attract customers from the first glance.
2. Ensure the store looks exceptional — every product in its place, every display with purpose, every detail on point.
3. Engage directly with customers, bringing product stories to life through authentic, knowledgeable service.
4. Collaborate closely with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals — every target is a team victory.
5. Adapt quickly to new product launches, promotions, and store layout changes.
6. Identify opportunities to optimize merchandising and improve sales performance.
7. Balance creativity with commercial focus — your displays don’t just look great, they perform.
What We’re Looking For:
8. At least 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or sales within a retail environment.
9. A strong passion for sport, fashion, and visual storytelling.
10. A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet goals while delivering a top-tier customer experience.
11. Multitasking and prioritization skills — you stay focused, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
12. Excellent teamwork and communication skills — you thrive when everyone’s moving toward the same goal.
13. Fluency in Greek and English.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
