WHAT WILL YOU DO?Core activities. You will design and develop AI agents, backend services, and RAG pipelines for Contact Center and Customer Operations use cases. You will integrate LLM solutions with enterprise systems and help bring GenAI use cases from prototype to production.Technologies. You will work with Python, Node.js, and Java for backend development, using REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and event-driven architectures. You will leverage LLM frameworks and RAG components, including embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and prompt orchestration. You will also use cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, together with CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools.Team work. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, alongside cross-functional teams including business, CX, operations, QA, and IT professionals. You will contribute to agile initiatives, partnering with different stakeholders to design, test, and scale AI solutions with tangible business impact.
WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE...Academic background. Bachelor's o Master's Degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronic, Automation, Robotics Engineering, Management Engineering.Valuable expertise You have at least 2 years of experience in backend development and system integration, with exposure to scalable digital solutions. You have strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, AI agents, and RAG-based applications, and a proven ability to apply these technologies to business and operational scenarios. Experience with cloud platforms and customer operations environments will be considered a plus(Docker/Kubernetes), and evaluation or benchmarking of AI models is highly valuable.Nice to have. Experience in Contact Center, CCaaS, or Customer Operations environments will be considered a plus.Soft skills. You are a proactive and curious professional, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A results-oriented attitude, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership will be highly appreciated.
