Position: Sales Manager MAXWELL SUPERYACHT Division Organization description VETUS is an internationally renowned developer and manufacturer of complete marine product systems for recreational craft and small commercial vessels. We are looking for a: SALES MANAGER MAXWELL SUPER YACHT DIVISION He/She will support and implement sales and marketing policies, ensuring clear identification of market opportunities and the analysis of evolving trends and needs. Responsibilities - Pursuing and achievement of budget targets in the assigned markets; defining action plans - Monitoring pricing policy and controlling discounts at all market levels - Monitoring of Accounts Receivable, implementing actions to manage and improve credits - Providing and monitoring Monthly Forecasting vs targets, visit reports and other statistics when required - Management of the O.E.M. customers including frequent visits and technical support - Create and increase a Dealer/Distributor network for Super Yacht products - Market analysis (competitors’ positioning, trends, business opportunities, strengths and weaknesses by market / vertical / channel / product line) and data intelligence to be shared on a regular basis with the Management - Implementing specific market development and promotional actions (e.g. events, trainings). - Guides and monitors the order stream - Participates periodically to internal work committees and Sales Meetings - Monitors after-sales follow-up and service activities Skills & Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree - Minimum 5 years of Sales in the Marine Industry, preferably with O.E.M. Super Yacht builders - Sales experience with technical products that require technical assistance and training services managed both directly and indirectly (i.e. by distributors) - Planning, forecasting and order management skills; market analysis and strategic thinking skills - Fluent in English and preferably in a 2nd language - Goal oriented; able to prioritize his/her tasks and meet deadlines - Charismatic person with excellent leadership skills - High level of commitment and assertiveness; ability to influence people - Flexible and dynamic person, able to work in a continuous changing environment in a multitasking role - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a time-sensitive environment managing multiple deadlines - Excellent ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues and stakeholders - Strategic vision and customer focus Job Type: Permanent
