PpstrongThe Palace Company Europe /strong is seeking a strategic and results-driven strongDirector of Sales /strong to lead and strengthen the strongcommercial strategy for the Baglioni Hotels Resorts portfolio. /strong /p pThe candidate will be strongresponsible for developing and executing the brand’s commercial strategy across all B2B markets and segments /strong, with a primary strongfocus on the U.S. luxury travel market. /strong The role aims to ensure the correct positioning of the brand, drive revenue growth, and expand market penetration by building strong relationships with high-value partners and representing Baglioni Hotels Resorts according to the highest luxury hospitality standards. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liBe responsible for a dedicated Sales Trade Marketing budget for the Baglioni Hotels Resorts portfolio, allocating investments by market and identifying new business opportunities across key markets based on their business potential; /li liBuild and implement a commercial strategy aligned with the Revenue Director, and collaborate closely with the Reservation and Marketing teams on pricing, forecasting, segmentation, campaigns, partnerships, and digital sales initiatives; /li liMaintain, activate, and expand a consolidated network of key luxury partners and consortia (Virtuoso, Internova Select, Signature, LHW, AMEX FHR…) for the brand Baglioni Hotels Resorts, with a strong focus on the U.S. market; /li liRepresent the brand at top-tier luxury level, in line with international benchmarks, in key global luxury travel events (e.g., LE Miami, ILTM, Signature Forum, Virtuoso Travel Week); /li liAnalyze performance data, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities; /li liLead and supervise the Sales The Palace Company team, setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance weekly, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic and commercial plans. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liWell-established network within the U.S. luxury travel market, with direct relationships with top advisors, bookers, leading agencies and proven experience managing key luxury consortia; /li liSolid background working with internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands with a deep understanding of the competitive luxury environment; /li liStrategic and analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-driven commercial initiatives, support openings and rebranding projects; /li liExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with strong digital sales capabilities and high organizational standards; /li liAt least 5 years of experience as a Director of Sales in the luxury hospitality industry. /li /ul p strongWorkplace: /strong Milan /p pThe job offer refers to both genders in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 903/77 and Legislative Decree 125/91. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
