Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership
o Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
o Maintain and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
o Monitor service flow, kitchen coordination, and guest satisfaction levels.
* Financial & Business Performance
o Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control and upselling strategies.
o Monitor and analyze sales reports, COGS, labor costs, and other KPIs.
o Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial performance reports.
o Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
* People Management & Development
o Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers, supervisors, and staff.
o Build a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs for continuous staff development.
o Ensure staffing levels are adequate and scheduling is efficient.
* Guest Experience & Brand Standards
o Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining Milk & Madu’s brand values and service excellence.
o Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
o Ensure consistency in food presentation, service quality, and atmosphere.
* Strategic & Administrative Duties
o Work closely with the Group Operations Team and Executive Management to align outlet strategies with company vision.
o Support menu development and F&B innovations in collaboration with chefs and culinary teams.
o Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities with the marketing department.
o Represent Milk & Madu Group in external partnerships, community events, and business development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in premium casual dining or hospitality groups.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets.
* Excellent financial and analytical skills, with proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
* Deep understanding of F&B trends, guest experience management, and operational excellence.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
