Overview In this role you drive regional demand generation and pipeline growth across Italy, Spain and Israel. You'll lead end‐to‐end field marketing programs, events (in‐person and virtual), and partner co‐marketing while aligning with Sales and regional teams. You will optimize campaigns using data to meet KPIs and ROI, shaping regional strategy in collaboration with the broader EMEA marketing organization. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role with meaningful impact on growth and brand in a fast‐paced enterprise software environment.

Responsibilities Proven experience in managing field marketing events (proprietary, third‐party, virtual)
Track record of delivering tangible business results through strategic marketing
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross‐functional teams in a dynamic enterprise software environment
Strong ability to develop and optimize data‐driven marketing plans and meet KPIs within budget and deadlines
Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Fluent in English and at least one of Italian or Spanish
