Drive international business development and sales growth within the target market segment, with a strategic focus on global expansion;Oversee profitability and cash flow management to ensure financial sustainability and optimal resource allocation;Structure and execute commercial initiatives in alignment with Key Account Planning methodologies to maximize client value;Establish and nurture high-level commercial partnerships with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and real estate developers;Lead sales pipeline management and deliver accurate quarterly forecasting to support data-driven decision-making;Maintain and optimize CRM data to ensure consistent and effective client relationship management.
Requirements
Degree in sales and/or economics or architecture and design;+5 years of experience in a B2B sales organization and market fields such as Luxury and Design;Extensive knowledge of the EMEA region and contract/hospitality channel;Outstanding sales approach and strong negotiation skills;Able to build solid and long-lasting business and professional relationships (internal and external);Fluent in English, French would be a plus;Willingness to travel. xrdztoy
