We are opening a new position for a Product Manager based at our headquarters, responsible for driving development within this product line. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a successful individual in a related position who aspires to take overall responsibility for innovation, growth, and establishing the EA Product Manager as the key business owner at Velp srl. What We Are Looking For Application and Technology Savvy: Understand and interact with customers, comprehend their workflows. Business Acumen: Evaluate investments based on ROI considerations. Marketing Flair: Collaborate with marketing to develop value propositions. Analytical Capabilities: Extract and analyze market data, VoC, and market intelligence. Presentation Skills: Communicate product value effectively to sales, key accounts, and at webinars. Communication: Persuade and generate followership within the organization based on thorough work and rational arguments. Scope and Responsibilities Lead the definition phase: Gather market intelligence, VoC, and develop business plans with R&D for new product ideas. Manage development: Organize beta tests, ensure cost targets and specifications are met. Lead the launch phase: Develop launch plans with marketing, create training materials, and coordinate product availability with operations. Retirement management: Phase out products as new ones are launched. Additional responsibilities include monitoring global sales, identifying areas for growth, supporting sales and marketing activities, maintaining research and key account networks, and contributing to strategic planning. Required Experience and Education Minimum Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, physics, or materials sciences. Experience with MBA or practical commercial experience in related roles, ideally 3-5 years in measurement technologies or analytical instruments.
