Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop opportunities in Italy and Italian Switzerland markets, establishing a strong presence and client base.
* Create and execute sales strategies tailored to the clients' needs.
* Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and exploring new business opportunities.
* Work independently to manage daily tasks while staying aligned with broader company goals.
Your Profile:
* At least 10 years of experience in sales for an IT service provider in the financial market.
* Native Italian speaker and business fluent in English.
* An excellent understanding of financial markets and the ability to present IT solutions that fit client needs.
* Strong communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to convince and connect with clients.
* Comfortable with traveling and meeting clients face-to-face.
* Proven success in hitting sales targets and working in a results-driven environment.
* Goal-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of managing tasks effectively.
