Sales Manager - Aesthetic Devices
High impact sales position, launching and scaling an energy based aesthetic device in Italy, with full ownership of market entry and revenue delivery. The focus is on selling advanced aesthetic device technology into leading private clinics, driving uptake through compelling clinical relevance and clear commercial return.
Role Overview
This role owns the end to end sales strategy for Italy, from first placements through to sustained revenue growth. The objective is to secure early-adopter clinics, build credible reference accounts, and establish a strong commercial footprint to support wider expansion. It is a remote, results driven position with direct accountability for performance and momentum in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead sales execution in Italy with full accountability for market entry, early adoption and sustained revenue growth.
* Define and deliver a clear and disciplined sales strategy that translates clinical value, commercial return and differentiation into closed deals with senior clinic decision makers.
* Build and maintain direct relationships with priority aesthetic clinics, clinic owners, medical directors and recognised opinion leaders, converting early adopters into reference accounts.
* Protect and reinforce the company’s standing in the market through accurate representation of the technology and consistent professional conduct.
* Deliver performance against agreed targets, forecasts and territory objectives with clear ownership of outcomes.
* Represent the business at relevant congresses, meetings and industry events to generate qualified leads and strengthen market presence.
* Work closely with marketing colleagues by providing structured feedback from clinics, objections encountered and competitive activity.
* Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and commercial updates in line with management requirements.
Candidate Profile
* Extensive sales experience within the aesthetic device sector with proven exposure to complex capital equipment sales cycles.
* Well connected within the Italian aesthetics market with established relationships across clinics, owners and key opinion leaders.
* Demonstrated record of delivering revenue and margin against defined commercial objectives.
* Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to combine relationship depth with direct, credible communication.
* Highly self directed with strong discipline in planning, managing and controlling personal workload and territory.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation capability with experience managing multiple senior accounts simultaneously.
* Professional and credible in appearance and conduct when operating at senior clinic and owner level.
* Able to balance short term execution with longer term territory development and account strategy.
* Strong English language skills suitable for international business discussions.
