* Own overall HMCI Sales, delivering profitability, market share, volume and market position in Italy
* Lead and develop the regional and district sales teams, Sales Operations, Fleet & Remarketing, Sales Planning and Logistics
* Define and execute market strategies and short‐to‐medium term commercial plans to drive growth
* Set commercial objectives for partners, monitor performance and implement corrective actions
* Forecast opportunities, assess mid‐to‐long term risks, and maintain competitive advantage
* Provide visible, hands‐on management and monitor key business activities
* Collaborate with global/regional counterparts and cross‐functional stakeholders for aligned planning
* Support dealer network management, maintain profitable relationships, and ensure compliance with standards
* Prepare and communicate business status, results and plans to support HMCI objectives, including monthly/annual sales plans
* Foster high‐performance culture, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the sales function
* Lead with integrity and develop employees to support sustainable growth
* Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures
Responsabilità
* Degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in automotive OEM sales
* Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver profitability, market share and volume
* Strong xivgfpx leadership with ability to build consensus and maintain urgency
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
* Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence multiple levels (global, regional, market)
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to build productive relationships
* Exceptional communication skills in Italian and English
