You will be primarily accountable for developing and leading the overall Marketing Strategies & Tactics to guarantee a future-proof approach of the TA area. As the lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of commercial plan with the aim of achieving annual revenue goals, design profitable-growth projects, drive the internal & external relationship management. You will be part of the cutting-edge “Fertility & Cardiovascular, Metabolism, Endocrinology” business unit by owning and oversee complex projects critical to the whole therapeutic area. These include but are not limited to: developing short and long-term forecasts and strategies in collaboration with cross functional partners; drive category leadership and competitive differentiation of our products through breakthrough mindset; foster omnichannel activities to achieve revenue objectives; lead strategic partnerships with cross-functional counterparts in Medical, Market Access, Business Excellence, etc to pull-through overall brand strategies and plans; drive & execute the marketing plan & refine annual projects as market developments; influence and track KPIs as leading indicators of success based on market insights; conduct field visits as necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, tools, and services; monitor marketing and sales performance based on main market indicators and proactively develop plans to effectively compete. Who you are:• MSc Degree in scientific or economical disciplines • MBA or Master in Marketing or Health Management is a nice to have • 3-5 years of proven successful experience on brands management at various places in the life cycle, in consumer marketing, cross-functional leadership• Experience working with cross-functional teams• Experience managing vendors and contractors• A proven track record in influencing without authority is required• Able to design & extract insights/analytics to drive the decision-making-process• High level of skill in Excel, PowerPoint and Word• Fluent in English and in Italian • Travel up to 15% of time domestically• Based in Rome
