To support this growth, we’re looking for a Customer Success Account with excellent English skills, a passion for technology, and a customer-centric mindset. You will join our dynamic team and play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are seeking someone who is analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage projects independently. Motivation, creativity, initiative, and critical thinking are essential. Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for our clients and help them unlock the full potential of our platform. Support clients in managing the platform (this is not a development role; no coding skills required). Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, building and maintaining relationships with high-profile stakeholders. Ensure clear communication and timely responses to client requests and issues. Collaborate with internal teams, especially product and development, to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize internal processes. Create and manage regular reports and analyses to support the sales team in developing and optimizing strategies. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in roles requiring strong digital hard and soft skills. Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and manage professional relationships effectively. Strong familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS tools, and emerging technologies (AI, apps, algorithms). Nice to have: proficiency in Spanish, German, or another European language, and interest/experience in the events industry. What we offer A fast-growing company with exciting career opportunities.
