We are currently seeking an Area Manager (Abruzzo, Marche e Molise) to join our Global Sales Department.
This strategic role will be responsible for driving business growth, customer excellence, and brand positioning across the assigned region within the HoReCa channel.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of QP and indirectly a sales force, ensuring alignment with illycaffè's commercial strategy.Conduct regular field shadowing and training sessions to develop and support the sales force.Identify and acquire new high-potential customers, manage the sales pipeline, and close strategic deals.Ensure at least quarterly visits to key premium clients to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.Guarantee the activation of premium Points of Consumption (PoCs) and Key Accounts, acting as the main point of contact for Marketing to support field-level activation initiatives.Requirements: Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the HoReCa or FMCG industry.Strong people management and coaching skills.Excellent business development and negotiation capabilities.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.Fluency in English.Availability to travel regularly across the assigned area.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.illycaffè is a Certified B-Corp, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that creates positive impact for people, communities, and the planet.
