Job Description:
* Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives and identifying new markets and client segments.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase visibility and market reach.
* Source new clients, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.
* Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
* Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
* Represent the company at industry events and networks to promote its expertise.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences industry.
* Proficiency in sales, from prospecting to contract management.
* Knowledge of Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
* Strong client interaction skills, capable of engaging senior/executive clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
* Team-oriented with a positive work attitude.
