We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Specialist with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP to support the development and deployment of enterprise AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Use Palantir Foundry to integrate, curate, and model structured and unstructured enterprise data
* Operationalize data science and machine learning solutions using Foundry pipelines, ontology, and applications
* Leverage Palantir AIP to support AI-enabled use cases such as decision support tools, copilots, and LLM-assisted workflows
* Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to ground AI outputs in enterprise data
* Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy solutions with the appropriate governance, security, and compliance controls
* Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on data quality issues, model behavior, and workflow outcomes within the Foundry/AIP ecosystem
* Support customer adoption by clearly explaining analytical logic, assumptions, and model limitations in business terms
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine Learning
* Strong hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis
* Proficiency in Python and SQL
* Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
* Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design
* Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets
* Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry ; exposure to Palantir AIP is strongly preferred
* Experience in customer-facing or consulting environments with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to business users
