As a Customer Care Agent' you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking customers' ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need to enhance their experience with our services. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries in Italian across various channels including phone' email' and live chat. - Assist customers with account issues' product information' and general inquiries. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and policies. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to offer informed assistance.
