Job Overview:
- The role of the Commis de Rang is to work alongside all restaurant staff to ensure excellent service for our guests. At the same time service and guest management techniques will be fully absorbed, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. He or she will help to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration.Responsibilities and duties:
- Will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.
- Will take care of the mise en place both in the restaurant and in the back office
- Will keep the waiter station tidy and ready for the next shift, ensure the waiter station is equipped for service (cutlery, glasses, ménage, trolleys, etc.).
- Will anticipate the needs of our guests by taking extreme care of details and customer service.
- Will proactively be involved in teamwork and cooperate with every co-worker.
- Will collect all materials needed from the warehouse, in accordance with the instructions received.
- Will support in counting the linen in compliance with the procedures.
- Will comply with all the HACCP system rules.
- Will help in clearing the canteen area.
- Will correctly use and upkeep all equipment and materials supplied.
- Will implement all the information shared during training.
