How does your working day look like …
* At the reception of the Restaurant, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
* You’ll receive and welcome the restaurant guests with a always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
* You will escort the restaurant guests to their assigned table, already offering them a first drink
* You will ensure that the waiting staff takes care of the seated guest
* You will provide any necessary information about the products for sale in the department
* You will be responsible for confirming and managing reservations and handling information requests by phone, email, or in person.
* You will manage and monitor the reservation software system.
* You will be responsible for welcoming and seating walk-in customers.
* You will always be on the front line and kept up to date on menu changes and all new offers within the department.
