MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Fulfill the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures.
He / she will :
1. Take care of the mise en place
2. Support the Maite with service
3. Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service
4. Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the bar layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests' needs
Requirements
5. Effective communication : communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally).
6. Emotional intelligence : demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his / her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations.
7. Adaptability : identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions. Try and adopt new ways of doing things.
8. Collaboration : be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
9. Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
10. Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
11. Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
12. Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
13. Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
