Job Description:
As Home Appliances BUILT IN - Key Account Manager (Retail Channel), you will implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share through a deep knowledge of business, products, and the retail channel in the Italian territory.
WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT
Reporting directly to the Built In Sales Director, you will execute the sales strategy to reach sales targets and increase market share by accurate sales forecasting and understanding the main sell-in/sell-out practices of the reference channel.
Main activities include:
* Acquiring market knowledge to capitalize on opportunities and increase sales.
* Collaborating with other Built In Key Account Managers to optimize LG's position across all sales channels.
* Developing short and long-term sales plans and forecasts, and preparing sales strategies for assigned customers.
* Acting as the key contact between customers and LG to facilitate information flow and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring market and competitor activity, customer trends, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
* Monitoring customers through accurate forecasting, sell-out data, budget control, and cost management.
* Building strong relationships with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
Qualifications & Skills
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar Built In Market position, with deep market knowledge.
* Extensive experience in the Consumer Electronics market and retail channel.
* Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
* Fluent in English (verbal and written); Italian fluency preferred for non-native speakers.
* Proven success in proactive sales environments and account management.
* Strong commercial acumen and goal achievement capability.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to work with KPIs in a performance-driven environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong networking abilities.
* Good time management and flexibility.
* Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
