We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team in Milan You’ll maximize the sales opportunities within assigned accounts and establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel, and also do the analysis and development of the market potential. Lead and drive the development of new accounts Build and explore in-depth understanding of the customer’s business, industry, strategic direction & competitors Identify, qualify and prioritize all potential opportunities related to the account(s) Engage regional WC operatives to identify opportunities to position their services into the account(s) Work with multi-functional departments to guide development of solutions to the customer Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve quality through specific metrics, customer satisfaction and issue resolution Identify risk areas & build and manage contingency to mitigate Languages: Fluent in Italian (Essential), English (Essential)~1-2 years professional experience in Business development, sales or account management, or someone from Sales background, intern who wants to grow in the field and could be the first job as BDE ~ Graduate degree (Desirable)~ High customer orientation and strong communication/presentation skills, verbally & written Vantaggi offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
