Perceived Quality Manager – Premium/Luxury Automotive
Design Consulting Italia is a design and engineering consulting firm for the premium/luxury automotive sector, focused on product excellence and user experience.
Ensure every vehicle consistently and recognisably expresses the brand's values, turning perceived quality into a measurable competitive advantage throughout the entire product development cycle.
Define the Perceived Quality strategy in line with the brand's positioning and identity
* Manage multisensory quality (visual, tactile, acoustic, olfactory, interaction) across all phases
* Oversee benchmarking of premium/luxury brands and translate insights into actions
* Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Prototyping, Manufacturing, UX)
* Embed Perceived Quality from concept/architecture stages, reducing risk and rework
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields
* Significant experience with premium/luxury OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers
* Advanced knowledge of perceived/sensory quality, UX, and interior/exterior quality
* Fluent English (C1/C2); Italian a plus
* Willingness to travel within Europe (to clients, suppliers, and plants)
