PWe are constantly growing our business and are looking for a bBusiness Development Manager DACH /b to join our company. /ppThis is a great opportunity for an individual who has been successful in a sales or marketing role in the industry, or as a Product Manager or Lab Application Specialist, and who wishes to grow professionally in sales. /ppbMain responsibilities : /b /pulliSupporting the implementation of sales strategies and business growth for the area of expertise in accordance with company objectives for our lines of business (Laboratory Equipment and Analytical Instruments); /liliEstablishing and reinforcing partnerships with the distribution network, relating to the various stakeholders of the organization; /liliCollaborating with internal teams (marketing and service) to ensure alignment on commercial activities; /liliVisiting local customers and distributors to ensure their expectations are fulfilled and to understand future needs; /liliManaging budget activities: creation, implementation, and control of medium-term plans; /liliOrganizing and supporting training sessions for distributors and end customers; /liliProviding technical and analytical pre-sales support. /li /ulpbRequirements : /b /pulliResident in Germany, home-based; /lili3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial role in sales marketing within our industry, or extensive knowledge of laboratory processes (as an application specialist or scientist) aiming to transition into a commercial role in analytical instrumentation, with a strong focus or interest in sales activities; /liliGerman native speaker, English knowledge at least B1/B2; /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills; /liliKnowledge of Salesforce is a plus for creating and updating contacts, qualifying leads, and managing opportunities; /liliWilling to travel up to 50% of the time within DACH territory and to Italy VELP HQ (near Milan); /liliAvailability to spend a period in Italy for intensive training before starting the role. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
