PositionSummary In conjunction with EU market team, this position isresponsible for the overall coordination, the functional managementand leadership of sales activities in the assigned industries.
Mainapplications for the assigned markets based on Absen segmentationmay include corporate events, concert, touring, festival, publicevents, broadcasting-rental, virtual applications, etc.
mainly forapplications related to Rental and Staging LED product lines forrental projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Developand implement the company strategy for the business development ofspecific markets assigned to the candidate, with special focus toopen new opportunities in those industries, generating leads toensure targets are met or exceeded in the designated markets.
2.Identifies new accounts to sell LED products, develop and maintainrelationships with new and existing customers to expand sales.
3.Directs sales forecasting activities and set performance goals incoordination with the EU team accordingly in the designatedmarkets.
4.
Participates in establishing an annual Industry BPincluding target customer development strategies in coordinationwith EU team.
5.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitionsand other related sales and customer promotion activities 6.
Makedaily business trip to implement direct development activity,approaching rental/production companies, related consulting/designcompanies, creative agencies, and professional individuals to favorabsen brand, and coordinate distributors by establishing salesterritories, quotas, and goals.
7.
Keep informed of new products,services and other general information of interest to customers.
8.Gathers feedback through field activity and transfers the feedbackto HQ.
Feedback includes product, marketing, sales and service etc.9.
Preparation of monthly AP and quarterly industry situationreports.
10.
Manage the communication with the customers and theheadquarters during the implementation of the projects.
OtherDuties and Responsibilities 1.
Hosts customer visits to the HQ inChina.
2.
Participates in marketing events such as seminars andtrade shows.
3.
Work in coordination with HQ sales team assignedfor EU market.
4.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.Required Education/Experience 1.
Bachelor's degree or above with amajor in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration.
2.
5+years in industrial product B2B, sales & marketing or projectmanagement, preferably in the AV industry.
3.
3+ years' experiencein projects related to the markets for this role with sales,marketing and/or product management responsibilities.
SpecializedKnowledge/Skills 1.
Highly effective leadership, project managementand communication skills.

Excellent client orientation aroundproblem-solving and delivering products.
3.
Ability to work in andmaintain performance expectations in high-pressure environment.Language: Fluent written and verbal German or English or Dutch orItalian language skills.
