Nastec is expanding its international sales organization and is seeking an
Area Manager – Middle East
to further develop brand presence and business growth across the region.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for
developing and executing Nastec’s commercial strategy in the Middle East. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regional markets to drive sustainable growth and deliver measurable results.
You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams while ensuring a high level of support to local customers and partners. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, OEMs, and key stakeholders will be central to your success.
RESPONSIBILITIES Increase market share and support business development initiatives to drive revenue growth across the Middle East Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners through regular market visits Accurately record all Customer Relationship Management activities in the CRM system Manage inbound and outbound leads and proactively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and networking Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and product trends within the region Present, demonstrate, and train customers and partners to support sales activities Manage pricing support mechanisms and contribute to commercial negotiations Support and enhance the local market presence and performance of partners Represent the company at customer events, meetings, and industry activities, including out-of-hours engagements when required Participate in international exhibitions
YOUR BACKGROUND The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple priorities. A technical background or the ability to learn technical products quickly is highly valued.
