Sales Manager Opportunity in Pharmaceutical Channel
As a Sales Manager in our Pharmaceutical channel, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of Sales Field Force representatives in the Swisse Brand for Italy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, with experience in leading teams and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Sales Field Force representatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and brand objectives.
* Manage staff performance, provide coaching and mentoring, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
* Participate in the selection process for new staff members and provide on-boarding training.
* Ensure that staff have the necessary materials, systems access, and training to complete their job responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-4 years of experience in line management roles in pharmaceutical channels.
* Experience in mapping and targeting pharmacies in large territories.
* Proven skills in people management, field sales, and building relationships.
* Scientific background and coaching/mentoring skills.
* Strong motivation, ability to manage conflicting priorities, and positive attitude.
* Good knowledge of English language (a plus).
* Positive attitude, strong negotiating skills, and Think Like An Owner Mentality.
Education:
* Scientific Degree (Law 219/06) or Economics Degree.
Conditions:
* Full-time role with high percentage of expected travel within the region.
* Gross salary and bonus: negotiable based on experience.

* Starting date: flexible, but ideally in June 2025.
