About the Role We are seeking two proactive sales professionals for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy. Responsibilities Enhance and strengthen the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to meet sales targets. Build strong and effective business relationships with clients. Manage sales and support processes to ensure profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Europe and colleagues in China. Report sales activities weekly and monthly. Travel for business to customer sites, trade fairs, or events. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry, serving sectors like cosmetics, fragrances, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, or consumer electronics. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English. Proficiency in MS Office software. EU driving license. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. We Offer Home office flexibility.
