As Field Product Marketing Manager, you own the local product portfolio lifecycle and act as the go-to product expert for the local sales team. You translate technical features into commercial messaging and drive local market strategies, pricing, launches, and end-of-life decisions. You collaborate across business units, sales, and partners to optimize profitability and growth. This role combines market insights, demand generation input, and cross-functional leadership to shape local product success.

* Lead local product lifecycle management, including launches, phase-in/out, and end-of-life in the designated geography
* Define local price positioning and ensure profitability/margins for the portfolio
* Develop and define localized service offers with sales and service teams
* Coordinate with sales on revenue targets and launch plans (BTA)
* Input into local sales strategy and execute with sales/partners to grow product sales
* Represent Eaton in local standards committees and coordinate product certifications
* Coordinate VoC and regulatory insights to support product development and portfolio adjustments
* Support marketing campaigns with tailored personas and journey maps, and inform local demand generation
* Deliver sales enablement and technical trainings to sales teams and partners
* Contribute to strategy development and provide insights for local market execution
* Be Eaton spokesperson at events and PR opportunities for the portfolio
Responsabilità
* 5+ years in marketing/technical role in Life Safety industry (Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting) with knowledge of Italian & Iberian market
* Understanding of revenue projections, business metrics, financial planning, and pricing
* Advanced knowledge of Electrical products; familiarity with EN standards and Life Safety Codes is advantageous
* Ability to collect and analyze VoC and regulatory insights
* Fluent in English
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrix organization
* Strong communication and presentation skills; persuasive with sales, customers, partners, and influencers
* Self-starter with collaborative mindset across geographies and functions
* Willingness to travel up to 40% (EMEA) and hold a valid driving license
* Experience in marketing/product management in a comparable role
* Industry experience relevant to the portfolio
