Ph3National Account Manager – Milan /h3 pDeliveroo’s Commercial team is at the centre of our marketplace, shaping how we partner with restaurants, grocers and new verticals worldwide. In this role you will manage and grow relationships with enterprise‑level restaurant partners, developing tailored solutions that drive revenue growth for both our partners and Deliveroo. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a strategic consultant for our largest partners using data to unlock value across the Italian market. /li liBuild and maintain high‑level, long‑term partnerships with enterprise‑level restaurant brands. /li liLead high‑stakes negotiations and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow partner revenue and profitability. /li liAnalyse complex performance data and market insights to create actionable business plans that improve partner margins and Deliveroo’s market share. /li liCollaborate with Marketing, Operations and Corporate teams to design and implement bespoke solutions that solve partner challenges. /li liEnsure service standards are consistently met across partners’ multi‑site portfolios. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSignificant experience managing strategic or national accounts, ideally within consumer tech, FMCG or Horeca. /li liTrack record of leading high‑stakes negotiations and driving sustainable revenue growth with strong PL management. /li liData‑driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into business strategy; proficiency in Excel and CRM tools required. /li liProven ability to work effectively with internal teams such as Finance, Product and Marketing to deliver complex projects. /li liFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience managing large‑scale, multi‑site restaurant groups. /li liFamiliarity with data visualisation tools such as Looker. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liNational Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario /li liClassification Level: Livello 2 /li liTarget compensation (OTE) €45,000 – 57,000 gross per year; base salary €40,000 – 47,000. /li liNot eligible for equity/RSU grant. /li /ul h3Equality and Diversity /h3 pDeliveroo is an equal opportunity employer.
