Posizione: We are searching for a Digital Commerce Manager Europe Rollerblade to join our Rollerblade team. The resource will have the following responsibilities: - Build a sustainable & profitable business for Rollerblade on platforms like Amazon, Decathlon, own ROLLERBLADE.COM and other appropriate channels as well as marketplaces; - Execute eventually adjust the ecommerce strategy on regional European and local level; - Lead and Execute the operations, focus on improving operating results and processes; - Ensure that products and content displayed on digital channels match consumer and shopper needs at every point on the shopper journey; - Transfer the best possible e-commerce experience for our products available to our retail partners and support their efforts to build their e-commerce business with Rollerblade; - Be the 1 sparring partner for our European Key Account and Sales Team; help them elevate and drive the WHL partner’s ecommerce biz; - Track and analyse consumer and shopper behaviour; - Close exchange/interface management with the other departments; - Close networking to internal departments and eventual agencies; - Provide input on new technological platform providers from an ecommerce business perspective; - Lead and drive the evolution of internal processes to serve the needs of ecommerce activities; - Lead and develop ecommerce related project teams; Requisiti: - Bachelor degree/Master preferred in business, e-commerce or equivalent/relevant academic qualification; - Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in operating Amazon (Vendor / Seller) and/or experience with other major e-commerce accounts; - Hands on, Execution focussed, Data driven and Results oriented Teamplayer; - First experience in leading multi-functional teams and x-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization; - Understanding of strategic prerequisites to drive digital channel growth as part of a multi-channel company strategy; - Strong business, process and technology acumen with strong track record in managing P&L, budgets, targets & coordinating business planning processes; - X-functional experience / exposure / understanding in digital commerce relevant drivers across vendor & marketplace management, performance marketing, service level, operations, logistics, customer service, technology etc; - In depth expert know how in e-commerce and digital marketing; - Proactive and organized with a strict appreciation for deadlines; - Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent English - Italian is a plus; Altre informazioni: Working location: Hybrid
