PGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. /ppWe are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as Strategic Account manager to support sales enablement of Essilor Luxottica (EL) Owned and Operated stores.In this role they will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing sales and channel marketing strategy to support EssilorLuxottica stores Wearable category development and sales velocity. They will also report internally on partner business performance and advocate for investments and initiatives to support growth ambitions.This is a cross functional role directly in contact with Partner sales leaders and marketing teams as well as Meta cross functional teams including Category Management, Product Management, Business Development, Data Science, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations.This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement for EssilorLuxottica Channels and requires the ability to travel to meet partner teams in person and conduct market visits.brWearable Account Manager, EL Partner Retail Banners (EMEA) Responsibilities:brulliIn partnership with EssilorLuxottica to define and execute an annual business plan for each Retail Banners and geography /liliEstablish and manage quarterly business reviews with key EL and Meta leaders to review performance and agree on business priorities /liliManage account scorecard (sales and mdf), maintain detail understanding of partner business performance/trends and actively reports within the larger Wearable Sales Group /liliCreate and present account strategy to executives and internal / external stakeholders to align resources and drive growth /liliNegotiate and manage Marketing Development Funds budgets in partnership with category management and marketing to support growth opportunities with EL Retail banners /liliNegotiate with EL Retail banner specific programs to support year goals and present them internally to gain alignment and approvals cross functional partners (finance, marketing, legal, operations, etc) /liliLeverage Meta internal resources such as Consumer Experience, Integrated Marketing, DRM to provide EL with insight on consumer behaviors, market evolution, product roadmaps to drive category relevance and growth /liliSupport NPI launch and End of Life strategies at EL Banner level to maximize sales opportunities /liliAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for Optical retail channels and products, providing guidance to EL retail partners and internal cross-functional teams /liliParticipate in key meetings and events as requiredbr/li /ulMinimum Qualifications:brulliBA/BS in Business or Marketing-related field or similar work experience /lili5+ years of experience in sales or marketing role, with a focus on business planning, tactical execution, and team management /lili5+ years of experience working in the Optical industry in eyewear distribution /liliCapacity to communicate effectively /liliFluent in Italian and Englishbr/li /ulPreferred Qualifications:brulliCapacity to work effectively with various teams across the organisation, essential to be adaptive and collaborative /liliProven track record in both business planning and tactical execution, with a clear understanding of the various tools available to drive retail sales /liliExperience in go-to-market planning and execution in traditional retail channels /liliExperience in channel marketing/Category managementbr/li /ulAbout Meta:brMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
