The Role
Flexcon is looking for a motivated Software Sales Engineer to join our team in Turin. As the official Italian distributor for FlexSim and Visual Components, we help manufacturing leaders optimize their processes through Discrete Event Simulation (DES) and AI-driven Digital Twins.

What You Will Do
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized simulation solutions.
Present and demonstrate software to clients (face-to-face and virtual).
Negotiate contracts and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Language
: Excellent proficiency in Italian (native or near-native level) is mandatory.
Fluency in English is a must.
Location
: Candidates must be based in or very close to Turin to ensure regular presence at our Mirafiori office.
Education
: Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, or Computer), Computer Science, or Mathematics.
Experience
: Ideally 2 years in Sales Engineering or similar, though high-potential juniors will be considered.
Skills
: Strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM experience (Salesforce).
Mobility
: Valid driving license
