Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead Appian's strategic partnerships in Italy, focusing on the Indra relationship and broader South EMEA growth. You will align executive teams, drive joint GTM and co-sell motions, and scale joint offerings with a top SI partner. The position emphasizes strategic impact, long-term collaboration, and measurable growth through partnerships. This is a senior, high-visibility role shaping multi-year strategy and execution with executive stakeholder engagement.Retribuzione / BenefitsOwn and lead the global strategic relationship with local partners, acting as Appian's executive partner to partner senior leadershipDrive partner‐sourced and partner‐influenced pipeline and revenue growth with emphasis on ItalyOrchestrate alignment between Appian's field sales leadership and the partner's account, delivery, and executive teamsLead joint account planning, opportunity planning, and disciplined co‐selling across priority accountsIncubate, launch, and scale joint offerings including industry solutions, managed services, and BPO‐led propositions on AppianBuild and scale Indra's Appian delivery capability with strong practices and repeatable deliveryDevelop and execute a multi-year GTM strategy positioning Appian as a strategic platform within partner portfolioEvangelize Appian's value proposition within Indra to build sustained executive mindshare and long-term commitmentServe as a trusted adviser to Appian Partners providing strategy, operating model, and regional prioritiesResponsabilitàBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field15+ years of experience in enterprise software, strategic alliances, or GSI leadership rolesDeep experience working with Indra and understanding their organization and dynamicsProven track record in building strategic, revenue‐generating GSI partnerships and scaling them regionallyExperience co‐creating and commercializing joint solutions with systems integratorsStrong understanding of Business Process Automation, enterprise platforms, and value‐based solution sellingAbility to navigate complex multi‐stakeholder enterprise environments and long sales cyclesExceptional Spanish and English communication skills with executive presence and influenceHighly driven, self‐starting leader with strategic mindset and collaborationBased in Milan, willing to travel across South EMEARequisiti fondamentalihealth coverageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) with mental health supportlife and disability insuranceEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)retirement/pension plantuition reimbursement
