About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and technically oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in complex technical solutions to strengthen our Building & Construction business in all Italian territory (increasing the actual market share, penetrating new verticals, using new sales channels, etc). The position will play a strategic role in expanding Marioff’s presence in the building construction market — targeting infrastructure projects (such as Offices, Hotels, Hi‑Rise Buildings, Cultural Heritage, etc). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of fire protection systems with proven sales leadership in complex B2B environments. This person will be responsible for driving growth, building long‑term client relationships, and delivering tailored HI‑FOG® Water Mist solutions for building applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the building construction market in Italy. Identify, acquire, and manage new projects and customers in building construction. Work closely and establish strong relationships with design companies, MEP designers, firefighting consultants, end users, public authorities, to define and promote compliant and efficient fire protection solutions. Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from feasibility study and quotation to deal closure with all involved stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term
