Product Specialist – Heavy Machinery / Macchine Movimento Terra
PeoItaly is hiring on behalf of a leading international company operating in the heavy machinery and earthmoving equipment sector.
We are looking for a Product Specialist who will support the company’s commercial and technical teams by providing in-depth product knowledge, market insights, and technical-commercial guidance related to earthmoving machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with technical and product-related information on heavy machinery and earthmoving equipment
* Acting as a point of reference for product knowledge, features, applications, and competitive positioning
* Preparing product presentations, technical documentation, and sales support materials
* Conducting product demonstrations and supporting clients during the pre-sales phase
* Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor products
* Collaborating with internal teams to share feedback from the market and contribute to product development and positioning
* Supporting training activities for sales teams, dealers, and business partners
* Participating in trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events when required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the heavy machinery, construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, agricultural machinery, or industrial equipment sector
* Strong technical understanding of machinery, equipment applications, and customer needs
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work closely with sales teams, technical departments, dealers, and clients
* Good analytical skills and market-oriented mindset
* Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
* Availability for business travel when required
Nice to Have
* Technical background in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
* Experience with international companies or dealer networks
* Knowledge of the Italian construction equipment market
