Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Platform Operations Intern to join our E-Commerce Team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the management and optimization of Samsung e‑commerce platform, supporting key operational processes to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Role & Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the Samsung e‑commerce platform. Operate e‑Commerce back‑office system and provide first point of contact user support ensuring a high level of service and communication. Monitor, manage and update e‑Commerce order status and analyse error messages to determine source of problem and/or identify appropriate referral. Monitor payments flows, and system integrations to ensure smooth transactions. Collaborate with Customer Experience team in identifying and resolving customer queries and project roadblocks. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the user journey and customer experience. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed. Support promotional campaigns and special sales events.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; technical is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Interest in e‑commerce operations and digital platforms. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of e‑commerce platforms is a plus. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. SAP knowledge is a plus. Independent, structured and accurate way of working. Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
