As Consulting Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long‑term relationships within consultants as well as for the overall promotion of Johnson Controls products and solutions.How you will do itResponsible for establishing an ongoing partnership with the consultantsManage proposals ensuring that a quote will meet customers’ application and operational needsPrepare quotations technically accurate and on time, commercially verified, offering the best all‑round solutionValidate assumptions made during promotion meeting and build a detailed cost estimate and scope of workPrepare proposals and other consultant’s communications documentsProvide risk analysis for the complete solutionUnderstand of the full range of JC offerings and their applications in customer solutionsDevise multiple offerings to meet specific program requirementsDevelop and maintain relationship with consultantsAssist in identifying specification issues or interpretation discrepancies and providing solutions to resolveWork with appropriate sales team to develop understanding of customer requirements, critical areas and needsReview estimate with appropriate operations & sales team to get mutual agreement on estimateInvolve estimators and PDE in developing offering and bundle solution in accordance with operations and sales teamOwn the JC value proposition to consultants by continuously optimizing the link between consultant’s operation and our business objectives, needs, requirements and the JC solutions in order to provide a total value solution and competitive advantageUnderstand & apply knowledge of competitor’s business products & solutionsWhat we look forBachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent through experienceFive to eight years’ experience in HVACR or operational processesDemonstrated strong technical subject matter expertise to faster credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitmentDemonstrated commercial attitude to establish partnership with customersDemonstrated ability to influence consultants in their technical projects’ choicesStrong teamwork attitudeComputer literacy particularly with MS Word and ExcelFluent Italian & English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)Ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are metLocation: North‑East ItalyOur BenefitsFlexible working hoursAgile workingMeal vouchers of €8Company welfare package
