We are looking for a Junior Marketing Product Manager to manage Molded Case Circuit Breakers products, focusing on deploying and sustaining the future innovation of a core SE product line. You will manage the products by defining the best marketing strategy for the Italian market, join the LV marketing team in Italy Country Organization as Product Manager, and take a deep interest in understanding Italian customers’ needs, developing and updating tools to support sales team and customers, conducting competitor benchmarks and price positioning, training, and customer presentations. You will work closely with all company departments from sales to supply chain, Marcom, quality, and finance.
New graduate in Electrical / Energy / Management Engineering (Master degree)
Passionate about energy and technology products (e.g., electrical hardware), and enjoy working at the cutting edge of technology.
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data.
Experience in digital tools and office software
Define the annual marketing plan for the molded case circuit breakers to obtain the target results (sales, profitability, market share, ...).
Define and deploy launch plans for the new products.
Work closely with the rest of the marketing (channels and offer) to shape the go-to-market strategy and support promotional activity.
Provide proposals and develop content to increase the promotion of the offer through digital communication (i.e., social network), documents, software and tools.
Work closely with all Schneider Electric’s departments: supply chain, finance, quality, sales, technical support.
Use data (i.e., sales volume) to identify actions to increase the performance of the offer in the Italian market.
Support sales team and customers (panel builder, specifiers, contractors, ...) through frequent and constant exchanges with the global business unit sustaining and influencing projects and products according with the trend and needs of the Italian customers.
