Your Responsibilities
Create and update the cocktail list, ensuring it is innovative and consistent with the resort’s identity
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with care and professionalism
Anticipate and meet guests’ needs with attention and courtesy
Supervise and coordinate the bar staff, motivating them to maintain the high service standards of Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Volterra Tuscany
Manage bar supplies and inventory
Ensure compliance with aesthetic, hospitality, and workplace safety standards
Collaborate with the F&B; team to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience
What We Are Looking For
1–2 years of experience in the same role within luxury environments (4*/5* hotels, restaurants, or bars)
Excellent knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage trends
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, team spirit, and collaborative leadership abilities
Attention to detail and guest-focused mindset
Excellent personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
Driver’s license and personal vehicle
Respect for nature and for the brand’s sustainability values
HACCP and workplace safety certifications (preferred)
