You will be driving a hiring program that connects the most qualified candidates with their dream role. This role involves designing and executing our recruitment strategy, maintaining relationships with local and international partners and candidates in the market.
Core Responsibilities
1. Develop an effective recruitment strategy that attracts and retains top talents for both line and management level positions.
2. Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding processes, including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and sending offer letters.
3. Act as a liaison between the hotel and schools, universities, and employment agencies, including attending job fairs locally and internationally.
4. Oversee visa recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, visa petitions, and required paperwork.
5. Collaborate with leaders regarding hiring needs, internal transfer suggestions, and career development.
6. Manage the Management Development Program (MDP) and Internship Program.
7. Contribute to the Talent & Culture division to drive excellence and efficiency.
8. Support the team member experience, embodying company values and seeking opportunities to enhance the team members' experience.
9. Maintain open communication with operational leaders to foster trust, support, and accountability.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR within the luxury hospitality industry.
* Market knowledge and proven networking and sourcing skills.
* Discerning eye for talent and brand-aligned hiring with a result-driven approach.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
* Ability to plan and implement ideas from initiation to execution.
* Flexibility to travel for job fairs and recruiting events.
* Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a focus on excellence.
