What will you do? Publisher Acquisition: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall. Account Management: Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence. What will you need? 2 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within the offerwall rewarded industry. Fluency in English and Chinese. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships. Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. Ability to create and analyze forecasts, and craft strategies that lead to successful campaigns. Strong analytical skills, including extensive hands-on experience with Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Fast learner, reliable, with a positive can-do attitude. We offer a permanent contract.
