About the Role
Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting Food Service Experts/Chef de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.
We are a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in April.
What You’ll Do
Take guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
Order and restock outlet inventory.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What You’ll Need
Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.
At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
A safety‑first approach.
Positive outlook and dependability.
Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
