To achieve success, you must have experience influencing internal and external partners, driving cross-team coordination, along with a basic knowledge of technology.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: a) business development; b) partner management, including assessing program metrics; c) credit card, BNPL or rewards program management, including running partnership program, creating measurement and success metrics and optimizing performance with partners.Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have successful personal attributes including strong ownership, creativity, leadership, earning trust in relationships, and ability to influence outcomes both internally and externally.
